Important Information
Some key points to keep in mind when renting from onlyhomes! We are not responsible for any missed payments in which you could lose valuables stored on our properties. At the time of purchasing your salesperson should go over in detail how to pay the weekly rent and that multiple weeks can be payed at a time. We also give details about the access levels and that you can give someone level 3 to do it for you, as also stated below.
Level 1 - Access to the property and garage, But not the storages.
Level 2 - Access to the property and garage, Including storages and /furniture.
Level 3 - Access to the property and garage, Including storages,/furniture and also can pay rent through /comp.
IF YOU DROP YOUR PROPERTY WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU UNLESS YOU REACH OUT TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALL PROPERTIES SHOULD COME WITHOUT LEFT OVER BELONGINGS, IF YOU FIND ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU, REACH OUT TO MYSELF OR PD.
Maeve or another onlyhomes employee may reach out before eviction, but will not hold it for more than 24 hours unless we're not available to evict that day. You will also have to pay to receive your property back. Properties no longer auto fall-off. (We may not reach out if we lost contact info)
If onlyhomes owns your home, whether it be singular or a full block - we are entitled to be on the property.
Our rent pricing is extremely low in comparison to other realtors due to the quality of some of our properties. Please keep this in mind when you try and gamble for a lower price, it will be a no.
Any issues or concerns with OnlyHomes or an employee of OnlyHomes, your first point of contact should be Maeve (Contact details on Meet The Team Tab)
